The official Bulgarian WWW home page
Has pointers to many resources on the net related to Bulgaria. Allows people with no local UseNet access (e.g., people from Bulgaria) to post to soc.culture.bulgaria UseNet newsgroup through their WWW browser. Has an archive of Bulgarian music and pictures. The page is on a machine in the Rockefeller University in the city of New York and is maintained by Penio Penev.

telnet Sessions

A telnet session to Magdanoz
The login is vestnik. Has a menu interface. Information is partly in Bulgarian, partly in English. Many Bulgarians get together there to chat with each other (use Ctrl/T to get into conference mode).

After log-in use /help to see the list of available commands.

A discussion newsgroup related to Bulgaria. If you do not have a local UseNet news server (esp., if you are in Bulgaria) you can still access and post to soc.culture.bulgaria UseNet newsgroup through the WWW-to-NNTP gateway provided by Penio Penev.
