We have access to one of the largest databases of private (consolidated) airfares in the world. Customers typically save up to 60% off regular published fares. Of course, we would include those in our price quote as well. As a result, you can be confident you can choose the lowest airfare available for your trip on regularly scheduled flights of major air carriers with the refund policy restrictions you are willing to accept.
The initial price quote provided on many other travel sites often is a single adult only fare and excludes the airport taxes, fuel surcharges, etc. This makes the initially quoted price look lower. However, the taxes and fees are substantial and can vary widely. Add to that the variation in the children or other discounts, and all of a sudden the lowest initial price quoted might not be the best airfare for your trip.
We provide the full price for all the passengers you have specified as our initial price quote. All airport taxes are included as well. (There is a low flat passenger fee of $30 per international ticket and $10 per domestic U.S. ticket, which will be added to your total bill on the follow-up page). In addition, 4% would be added if you have chosen one of the private (consolidated) airfares and would prefer to pay for it by a credit card rather than using a money order or a certified check.
By quoting the full price we believe we are more honest with you (even though our price might seem initially higher then the competition). More importantly, you can simply sort the prices and be certain you can easily pick the lowest one if you prefer it.
Other travel sites offering consolidated airfares would not show the airline name until you purchase the ticket. We believe, our customers deserve the opportunity to consider the airline reputation and dependability when making their flight selection.
